The Dublin Downtown Development Authority is committed to the revitalization of downtown, restoration of historic properties, and renewed engagement of the community. In addition to providing multifaceted support to business owners, the DDA also sponsors special events, manages and promotes Theatre Dublin as a live performance and movie venue, oversees the historic Carnegie Library, and runs the award-winning Farmers Market at Market on Madison.

Downtown Dublin is the historic commercial center of Dublin, Georgia, with restaurants, shops and services, plus Theatre Dublin, the Dublin Carnegie and Market on Madison. The Dublin Downtown Development Authority supports its businesses, events and historic buildings.

The downtown map shows eight parking areas with more than 350 spaces. The largest are the Jackson Street Plaza lot with 90 spaces, the Skyscraper Lot with 76 and the DDA lot on Madison Street with 65.
The Farmers Market meets Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Market on Madison, 314 W Madison St. It runs seasonally, and the 2026 season ran from April 4 to October 10. It is free to attend.

Yes. Theatre Dublin has 600 seats, the Dublin Carnegie hosts up to 75 guests, and Market on Madison offers an open-air pavilion and amphitheater. Applications must be approved before use. Call 478-272-2560 for availability and rates.

The board meets the second Friday of each month at 8:30 AM in the sixth-floor conference room of GMC Dublin, 200 S. Jefferson Street. Meetings are open to the public. See DDA meetings and partners.
